At Stonehouse Olive Oil, we stand behind the quality of our harvests; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal oils and vinegars, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully pack the unopened bottles in their original protective packaging to ensure they do not break during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided return label or ship the package through your preferred carrier to our California distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
